What Makes You Grind Everyday?

In Inspiration, Writing on January 21, 2013 at 10:32 am

That’s a question asked by NFL lInebacker Ray Lewis. What makes you grind everyday? Think about it. Is it the money? Is it the satisfaction? Is it to inspire others? What is it?
For me it’s because I have to redefine my life and to do that I have to dedicate my mind to make that happen. I have to educate myself by listening to other people’s successes and failures, I have to tighten up my skill sets. Above all else I have to have faith in myself.
My son recently told me that he has never seen anyone work as hard as I do. I work from the moment my eyes open until they close. I work to learn. I work to succeed. I work to set an example for my family. After the work is done the money comes.
I don’t care what you are trying to achieve watching inspirational people share their stories will help you get here. Ray Lewis is an inspiration to me. This man started to work out so that he would be strong enough to keep his father from laying his hands on his mother. He worked to build his self in mind, body and spirit so that he could take care of the people he loves. There are so many people in the world that are here to inspire us, support us and guide us we just have to open up a space within ourselves to accept them. That includes your higher power.
What makes you grind everyday?
Good luck to one of football’s greats, Ray Lewis. Go Ravens!
